My dauther has two cats, the cats have the best food, the best veterinarian care and the pet are like her babies. I agree there should be restrictions on the number of dogs allowed if a person were operating a breeding or boarding facility for profit in a residential neighborhood, however, if his dogs are not being mistreated and the neighbors haven't complained, what's the problem? Doesn't the city of Brownsville have more pressing problems than how many dogs the mayor has? I have to wonder what kind of city government wants to restrict the number of pets a person can own.
